Studying / work

Also, employing disadvantaged people mean advantages /előnyök/, too, like tax reductions /csökkenés/ and some
financial /pénzügyi/ support /támogatás/ from the government. Taking this into consideration /megfontolás/, it
might be more worthwhile /megéri a fáradtságot/ to have some of those people in our company.
The connection between the employer ant the employed is a very important thing. When someone is annoyed
/bosszantó/ each day by their boss, they can’t do their best at their workplaces, because they’re under great
pressure /nyomás/ and stress. The employers should be examples for how to work and how to work well. As an
employer we shouldn’t expect /elvár/ more from our workers than we are able to do. If the see that we are asking
for things we can’t do, they will be upset /zaklatott/ and soon we can find ourselves alone in our own company.

There are different ways of studying. You can study
on your own at your own speed. If you are in your
room, nobody will disturb you. You can concentrate
better and finish quicker. You can manage your
time and you won’t get distracted by other people or
things. You have enough room for your books and
other study materials.
On the other hand, studying with others would give
support. You could discuss questions and help each
other to solve problems. You can learn different
study skills from your peers. This is the only way
to do project work.
Learning outside in a park or in your garden would be
very refreshing although noise of nature or other peole
can distract your attention from your studies.
